The hotel's location was its standout feature for me, being just across the street from Odori station's exit #2.
The onsen was a fantastic facility, especially after a cold snowy day.
I was pleased with almost every aspect of my stay, finding the location, quietness, cleanliness, and comfort of the hotel to be all top-notch.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the facilities were top-notch.

They take care of everything for us, the hotel is very attentive, the baths and all the accessories are available, the staff… the breakfast is amazing and the restaurant is very nice!
