The place is well situated; when I was there, I was the only guest so privacy was great, and even though the language was Spanish, communication was easy. The on‑site restaurant is very cheap and the food is good right across the street, lunch for 23 reais was excellent, everything’s close by. The address listed on the website doesn’t match the real one, which made me wait and get lost while I waited for the São Paulo admins to return. The room lighting could be brighter and the Wi‑Fi needs fixing; the signal is very weak.

The hospitality is solid, it’s safe, and it’s close to everything. The bed was a little dusty.
