The staff were courteous and friendly, and I had no complaints.
We were disappointed that the jacuzzi was out of order, even though we chose the hotel mainly for its wellness options, so it would be good to note that on the website if something isn’t available; also at breakfast neither of the two coffee machines worked and the staff offered no alternative hot drink, and I was missing a warm plant‑based dish such as beans, vegetable stew, grilled vegetables, etc.; there are people with dairy protein allergies or vegans who only eat plant‑based food.
The jacuzzis were unusable in the morning, and the pool would have been better if it stayed open longer.

The bed and mattress were very comfortable and high quality, and there was nothing negative.
They were flexible and friendly; we got everything we asked for, including a toilet seat cover and a small dish for the child; our room was nice and tidy, the mattress was comfortable.
