The room was a decent size with enough space for two people to move around. I usually pick Best Western, but this place didn’t meet my usual standards. It was very run down, curtains and blackout blinds were torn from the clips, the smell was old and musty, and getting into the parking or front desk was hard. Signage was poor for newcomers; we missed a turn and had to backtrack on the interstate to turn around.

The staff were polite and helpful, and the breakfast offered a wide selection that tasted great, but the room had a few rough spots that need fixing.

The hotel is conveniently close to the highway, but the TV in our room was broken, and they suggested we change rooms after we were already settled. They also offered us a discount and a membership with points we’d never use; I wish I’d pushed harder for the discount.
