The staff were extremely courteous and friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. We stayed in a lovely room with a castle view and would love to return; it was a wonderful experience. The only suggestion: we brought a dog and would have appreciated a small mat for feeding and a place to set the bowl in the room.

Everything was excellent and beautiful. The hotel almost feels like part of the magnificent castle itself. The room was wonderful, and the restaurant and breakfast were also great. It was worth the money paid, which was very reasonable.
