The staff were super attentive and always friendly, and the view from my room was simply gorgeous. Breakfast was served in the dining room and there was plenty to choose from, and the room itself felt spacious and comfy. The only thing that put me off was the musty smell and dirty look of the carpet in the bedroom and on the stairs.

The room offered a nice sea view, which was the highlight of the stay, but an unmistakable sewage smell lingered in the air and was hard to ignore.

Breakfast was really tasty and made us feel right at home. The entrance and the stairs leading up to the rooms looked a bit grimy, but once we opened the door the room was a completely different story—clean and pleasant.

The staff went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay, and the balcony rooms gave us a wonderful ocean view. The hotel itself was excellent, though we were stuck with some lousy weather—nothing the hotel could control.

Breakfast was the highlight of our trip – great spread, tasty. But it was July in Viña del Mar and we got there around 5 pm to find the room colder than a freezer. We asked for a stove, but none were available and the staff offered no fix. We had to leave to buy a heater ourselves, which was a hassle but finally made the room bearable. The chill was brutal enough to almost ruin the whole stay.
