“Would stay again”
The air‑conditioning was noisy and didn’t cool the room well even when set to the lowest setting.
We left because our room wasn’t ready until 5 am, and we saw other guests checking in and heading to their rooms, so we decided to go.
“I will come back to your hotel if I will visit silverwood againagain”
The rooms were spacious and clean. No issues.
Clean and comfortable rooms. Closer to downtown and pool was really good. overall the hotel felt very welcoming and staff was helpful in addressing any question and requests. facility is very well managed and we had a comfortable stay. Had requested for room refresh but it wasn't done. Breakfast was average, bare minimum varieties with repeat menu next day which was disappointing. they give small disposable bottles of shampoo and conditioners instead of having big bottles in bathroom- I had to request extras as they only gave 1 small one on day one. No lockers in room

The location was nice, but the lobby, hallways, and room all had a rotten‑egg, fart‑like odor—horrible. The air‑conditioning barely worked.
