Everything was clean and good, but renting a second room scared my grandbabies; the neighbor next door screamed the first night, then banged on the wall the second night. I told the front desk, and they said, “oh I will see who it was,” and that was all. I couldn’t sleep, and my grandbabies were even more frightened. I had no idea what was going on—whether the neighbor was on drugs or something else.

Very friendly, the room was nice and clean, and breakfast was provided—10/10. The only issue, probably unique to me, was that I brought my Xbox to play at night and had trouble connecting to the WiFi.

The staff were friendly, but the room smelled like mold or mildew—my husband coughed a lot, the toilet had a black ring, and the fridge still had food from a previous guest.
