The bathroom had mucus on the floor and the floor was dirty, plus the mattress and pillows were messy as soon as I entered the room🤧.

I was initially impressed with the hotel's strategic location and the helpful staff, which made the check-in and check-out process a breeze. However, my experience took a drastic turn when I entered my room, which was in a deplorable state - it was dirty, smelly, and dusty, with a broken bed that made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. To make matters worse, the toilet flush didn't work, and there was no shower gel or shampoo provided.
I really don’t like the toilet, the bed is not okay, and overall I had a bad experience with this hotel for the first time.
