The hotel is beautiful in a romantic setting and is very welcoming to families with children. We especially appreciated the reception – after a night’s drive with a baby they let us check in around 8:30 and even upgraded our room. The room was lovely, spacious, and had everything we needed. A huge plus was the large, well‑equipped children’s playroom, available whenever we needed it. Throughout our stay we had a table ready for the baby, and the staff were very kind and tolerant. The half‑board combined table service with a buffet. With a little child, we currently prefer just the buffet, but that’s just our personal preference. The only minor drawback was a damaged shower head that needed repair or replacement. Overall, the beautiful impression of the stay was not spoiled.

The breakfast was great, and the hotel’s restaurant serves decent dinner. The shower had hot water and felt pleasant, and parking was easy. The room was small and the bed could have been firmer. The Wi‑Fi was slow, and there was no elevator.

The spa area is good with a large selection of saunas, and the breakfast is tasty and varied (you can ask for omelettes or pancakes). The room and bathroom are very small and cluttered with unnecessary furniture – the bed is too short – there are no curtains or daily blinds, only night ones. The bathroom mirror is dark and nothing is visible. There is no air conditioning, no elevator, weak Wi‑Fi, and there is no hot water (the water is cold in the evening).
