The location and price were fine. The recent renovation was nearing its wear‑and‑tear point, and the hallways smelled like cooking. The room itself was clean and everything worked.

While my stay at this hotel had its moments, there were some issues that prevented me from fully enjoying my time there. The pool and bed were definite highlights, but the toilet leaked, the TV remote was finicky, and the floors were tile instead of carpeted, which was a bit of a letdown. It's a shame, because with a bit more attention to detail, this hotel could be a real gem.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The bed had a severe bed bug infestation, and when I killed one, it left a blood stain all over the sheets, likely from the previous guest. To make matters worse, the staff seemed completely unbothered and even annoyed when I asked for a room change. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this hotel again.

My stay at this hotel was a pleasant one, thanks in large part to the friendly staff who made me feel welcome and at ease. However, the hotel itself is a bit outdated, which detracted from my overall experience. It's a shame, because with a bit of renovation, this hotel could be a real winner.
