The front desk was friendly and the service overall was solid, but I have to give a special shout‑out to Raul – he was just fantastic.
La vista de la terraza la seguridad que trasmitia
Valor baixo e quarto privativo

The front desk was friendly and the service overall was solid, but I have to give a special shout‑out to Raul – he was just fantastic. I didn’t run into any issues at all.
“Organização”
The place was pretty nice, though it could have used a screen and proper air‑conditioning. The kitchen area didn’t have running water and parking was a nightmare; I even got hit on the street and ended up taking the loss.
“El lugar no se parece a la foto y al principio ni siquiera era misma habitación nos dieron una con baño sin puerta”
The hotel sits up on a hill, which makes getting there by car or on foot pretty tough, especially since it’s in a favela area. The location itself is the main drawback.
The spot is downright awful – feels unsafe and the surroundings are a mess. On top of that, the landlord never replied to any of my messages.
“Experiência abaixo das expectativas”
The room was spotless and well‑arranged when I arrived, and the air‑conditioning worked fine, though there was no TV. Unfortunately, the inn sits inside a community that wasn’t mentioned in the listing, and we never saw any staff – even at checkout we just left the keys in the door. Street parking was hit‑or‑miss depending on the hour, and some locals used language that made the atmosphere uncomfortable. With clearer communication and a stronger staff presence, it could be a lot better.
