The location was decent, though it sat on an industrial estate. The room itself was fine, but the air‑conditioner was broken, so the room got very hot and we had to keep the window open, attracting a lot of mosquitoes.

The spot was convenient for visiting the Lourdes cave/Chapel and the center of Toulouse. The staff didn’t speak English or Spanish and even got upset when we didn’t speak French, despite me speaking four languages. The room’s air‑conditioner didn’t cool, so we had to change rooms. I’ve stayed at Ibis hotels in Paris, the Netherlands, and Belgium, and they all made an effort and spoke good English.
