The spot’s location and the size of the rooms hit the mark, but the bathroom was awful—stank so badly that the staff couldn’t fix it.

Everything from the services to the location was spot on.

The hotel looked great and was pretty, but the service was terrible; even though a buffet breakfast was included, the staff didn’t set it up properly and kept giving lame excuses.
