The location, facilities, and staff friendliness were great, but access to the facilities is difficult due to a steep ramp; a staircase on the ramp might help.

The kindness of the staff. They were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms and amenities. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and I really appreciated the free parking

The room was gorgeous and the staff were very attentive. The entrance, next to the hardware store, has a steep slope; I’d recommend a bold sign from Casa Flores, a clean interior, and a leash for the dog. Inside, a very large dog that “doesn’t bite” was present.
