The location is great, close to the beach but not facing it, which I prefer. The receptionists and concierge were friendly, and the building manager handled everything well. The garage is tight for parking, but acceptable.

Having a place to store the car is very convenient; the apartment is good, but the one I stayed in previously was better maintained. The staff at Unique are less courteous, attentive, and efficient than the former manager.

The air conditioning is excellent, and the accommodation is spacious. Parking is very tight.
