The room is clean and spacious, and there is private parking.
The apartments feel luxurious, the owner is very kind, there's private parking, and the air conditioning works well. We did question why such nice apartments exist in this spot, and the WiFi connection was unstable.

Everything was spot‑on: the room was clean, quiet, thermally and acoustically insulated, and the staff, owner, and external services were friendly and professional. The balcony was handy, the bathroom was spacious and functional. Even though the property is a bit outside the town, about 200 m from the attractions and the breakfast bar, it didn’t disturb us much. A few minor details: a bathroom vacuum would be useful, the window is tiny, and a hanger or a slightly larger wardrobe in the room would help, but those are just small nitpicks.
