It is really very quiet. No staff on site, which makes it difficult to ask questions and problematic when things don’t work. The cleaning lady is super nice, but someone should tell her not to smoke while she cleans rooms and common areas. The bathrooms are unfortunately very cheaply furnished and the furnishings are almost falling apart. Amenities such as a shower curtain are completely missing. The place is hard to spot from the outside.

“Für diese Preisklasse in Ordnung”

For someone who just needs an inexpensive, clean room for one night, this accommodation is a good option. The facilities are new and everything works fine. The room is echo‑prone, but luckily it was quiet. The shared bath and shared toilets were clean and free. However, there is no reception or on‑site staff. The door of the ground‑floor accommodation to the courtyard was left wide open during my stays, making the common rooms quite cool at night. From the street nothing indicates it’s a hostel, and even when you’re already in the hallway the signage is so poor that I had to call to find out exactly where in the building the accommodation is. Still overall much better than other places in this price range. No vending machines or snack machines. The area is not inviting to stroll after dark, and there are no small shops or cafés on the street; you have to bring what you want to eat in the room. I urgently needed an invoice, but it’s impossible to reach the accommodation by e‑mail.

Breakfast is not offered, but there is a fully equipped kitchen. A large lounge area, quiet location in the back courtyard. The house and courtyard are not particularly well kept, but the accommodation and the shared sanitary area were absolutely clean. For a short stay a decent, inexpensive alternative, at most 5 minutes to all public transport.

Nothing. I had to book another accommodation right after arrival because it smelled extremely of cleaning chemicals and bleach, biting in the nose and while breathing even with the window open. The same was true for the replacement room on the same floor. See above: it was a catastrophe and health‑hazardous chemical odor.
