The natural surroundings were lovely, but the real issue was the booking process. We chose the more expensive option because it was closer to the city, but it turned out that it didn't even exist. We ended up having to pay almost double what we would have if we had booked the cheaper option from the start. I tried to ask about it, but never got a response.

The only person we met was a temporary staff member, and that was just for the chaotic check-in process.
