Izjemno udobno, vendar ni bilo nič, kar bi bilo vredno kritike, in nam ni všeč.

The staff were friendly and the place was very clean. Facilities were always available. There was no all‑inclusive option, so dinner was either 25 minutes away or you had to purchase it at the property.

The staff and service were super good; nothing to complain about. The people were nice all the way through, and the breakfast was nice and varied, from eggs to meat and various drinks. The facilities were old and poor: the iron in our room didn't work, the AC only worked partially on the last night we stayed, the carpets were old and crumpled, the bed made a lot of noise and creaked. And if you look at the playground in the pictures and think the kids can play there, forget it—it's worn out and dangerous. The kids played for 10 minutes, fell off the slide, and got hurt, so keep the children away from there.

The main positive was the hotel’s location. Being in the middle of the forest was very nice and quiet, and especially the fresh air was appealing. The nature and overall surroundings of the hotel were really pleasant. The lower part of the hotel was also nicely designed and gave a good visual impression. We also want to highlight a young man at the reception who was very friendly, nice and helpful. A lady at the reception also noticed how disappointed we were with our stay and then brought us a fruit plate. We found that gesture thoughtful and friendly, even though it could not compensate for the many negative experiences. It was by far one of the worst hotels we have visited so far. At first glance, the room looked good, but that changed very quickly. The bed was extremely hard and felt almost like sleeping on the floor. In addition, there were stains on the beds and blankets. The room was not cleaned during our stay. The breakfast was very disappointing. The selection was very narrow and we were not convinced by the taste at all. We also felt that very little attention was paid to the cleanliness of glasses, cutlery and tables. Food and drinks were sometimes not refilled on time. The cleaning staff also left a bad impression. We felt that they sometimes stayed in the hotel rooms instead of cleaning them properly. Unfortunately, we experienced many more negative things during our stay. The vacation eventually felt no longer like a vacation to us. We then tried to find a solution with the hotel and asked for at least half of the paid price to be refunded. They did not comply. Overall, the hotel did not match the impression conveyed by the pictures and the representation at all. We were very disappointed and would not recommend the hotel based on our experiences. We also found it very unfortunate that the hotel offered very little to guests. The fireplace was not lit, no music played, and there were no special activities or entertainment options. This made the overall atmosphere and coziness lacking, even though the location and surroundings actually offered a lot of potential. Images will be uploaded later.
