The location was very convenient for buses and nearby attractions. The house itself was well kept, and the futon was comfortable. The first night I was alone, which felt a bit spooky.

The price was very good, the location made it easy to reach the station and Lake Shinji, and the check‑in process was clear. Other guests were discreet. If you enjoy Japanese‑style rooms and bedding, this place will please you. Sound‑proofing was adequate but could be better. The kitchen table was tiny and could have been larger. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. A second shower or a toilet on the second floor would have been nice, but that didn’t ruin the stay.
