We had a perfect stay at the Hanseat Hotel in Düsseldorf and were truly thrilled. From the warm welcome to the departure everything matched. The room was very clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The calm and pleasant atmosphere was especially noteworthy. The bed was very comfortable, allowing us to sleep wonderfully. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful. It’s obvious that personal service and guest well‑being are priorities here. The location is excellent: you reach Düsseldorf’s city centre quickly while still enjoying a quiet setting. Public transport connections are also very convenient. All in all, a beautiful hotel with great charm, superb service, and a personal touch. We felt very comfortable and would return anytime.

Super friendly staff. Perfect location. Cheap. Nice beds. No lift. And on the street side you can hear the tram.
