The bathroom was a major letdown - it was dirty and in need of a good scrub. The shower cubicle was broken, and there was no toilet paper. It's a basic thing, but it makes a big difference to the overall experience.

The hotel was fine, but the breakfast info was misleading. It said breakfast was included, but only during the week - at weekends, it was nowhere to be found. It's a small thing, but it's annoying when you're expecting something and it's not there.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the free parking was a bonus. However, there were a couple of things missing - no fridge and no kettle. It's not the end of the world, but it would have been nice to have those basics.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference to my stay. They were helpful and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed.
