There was a bed with washed linens. I didn’t use the towels because the bathrooms were disgusting. The bathrooms were impossible to use: the sink was clogged with water up to the rim, the toilets were dirty, and the shower base was filthy. The room window was open and couldn’t be closed, and there was not a single staff member to help.

If you’re looking for a cheap place for a concert or weekend trip, it’s completely fine. Small rooms that are just enough. The bathroom needs renovation but works. The reception was never staffed, so we can’t comment on the personnel. Overall, if you don’t have high expectations, it’s a decent cheap option. The carpet in the hallway and in the room means that on rainy days you walk around in dirty, wet shoes into your room, which is not advantageous. There was also no place to hang a wet jacket.

When I checked into my room, an unfamiliar man opened the door with a second key and claimed he had also booked the room! He didn’t understand German or any other language, only Turkish, and I struggled to explain that he should leave; he finally exited, leaving me with a second key. I can’t fathom why this happened. No one was at reception to resolve the issue and the phone was unreachable. The cleaner said those keys were his and he didn’t know how he got into my room. I was deeply disappointed by this situation.

The mattresses had no protective covers, were stained, and the blankets also lacked covers with some blood stains. The bathroom was clean, but the door was warped and could only be opened and closed with force. The room was very small. Laundry wasn’t changed for three days, and the trash was never taken out.
