“Great hotel. We were upgraded on arrival to a suite which as there were 3 of us made the stay much more comfortable”

Everything was spotless, the food was good, the pool had a great temperature, and the atmosphere was fun – the animation team ran good activities around the pool. We were upgraded to a suite, and the sunset views from our balcony were fabulous. We had complimentary access to the Spa because we booked with it. No sun around the main pool until midday, and the drinks were poor quality unless you’re on the excellence package.

“Bon séjour climat excellent”

The welcome was flawless, the food was excellent, and cleanliness was decent. The pool area was not very friendly at all, especially the bartender.

“Very friendly hotel, clean hotel. Great entertainment.”

The staff were very friendly, and the entertainment team was great, especially Patricia and Alex who went above and beyond. The hotel felt relaxed, welcoming, and full of activities for those who wanted to participate. The all‑inclusive package was solid with only a few extra charges. Overall, we really enjoyed it. The rooms were a bit outdated, but they had everything we needed.

Everything was great—especially the friendliness of the reception staff, the spa team, and the bar and pool staff. Room 632 was excellent, and the cleaning was very good. The only issue was that the bed and pillows felt a bit soft for my taste, but that’s not a big deal. When we can, we’ll come back and we definitely recommend it 100%.
