Conveniently located near everything, but when you sit at the end of the beds they tilt forward like the rails are loose, and I wish the breakfast had been included in what I paid.

“Excellent stay—we’ll definitely be back!”

We recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Tallahassee Central for two nights during our annual trip to Tallahassee, and we had a wonderful experience! We booked a room with two queen beds, including breakfast, and paid $324 for our two-night stay, which we felt was a great value. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The pool area was also very clean and enjoyable. One thing that stood out was the breakfast. Unlike many hotels that offer pre-made buffet items, the breakfast here is cooked to order. Everything was freshly made, absolutely delicious, and served from a menu, giving it more of a restaurant experience. There was a small confusion regarding breakfast vouchers at check-in. We weren’t informed that we needed vouchers from the front desk, so we ended up paying for breakfast out of pocket. However, the staff handled the situation professionally and quickly. They refunded our breakfast charges and even credited 5,000 Hilton Honors points to our account for the inconvenience. We truly appreciate how the team went above and beyond to make things right. Excellent customer service makes all the difference, and because of that, we would happily stay here again on our annual trips to Tallahassee. Thank you to the staff for making our stay memorable—we look forward to returning!
