The food was good, the staff helpful (even though sometimes they didn’t understand or speak Slovak well, we eventually got along), and the environment—both interior and exterior—was very nice despite the hotel being older. I missed a hair dryer, which is a standard amenity in modern hotels, especially a wellness hotel, and we also lacked a mineral water at dinner.

Good prices, food, and services. The rooms felt a bit stale; they could use a fresh coat of paint or a small renovation.

The hotel grounds are maintained, but the surrounding area is very unsightly and dirty with a lot of trash. The hotel’s wellness facilities are pleasant, the breakfast tasty and sufficient. The tennis court and bowling alley were listed, but neither worked, even though we were there the first week of September. The area is advertised with bike paths, but they run along busy roads, some heavily trafficked. That’s not the hotel’s fault.

We’ve visited three times and will definitely return, especially because the grandkids love the pools; thanks also for locating the special diving earplugs I’d left in my bathrobe – the reception found them and they were delivered to me by courier today, much appreciated, you’re great and I’m already looking forward to the next visit. The spa area is Asian‑style, the breakfast is extensive and good, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
