This isn’t my first stay here; we chose it for its good value, friendly staff, great breakfast, and location on the main road. We appreciated the cleanliness and the quiet of the room, but it would help to have someone at reception who speaks English better.

The breakfast and Starbucks coffee on the terrace were good, but otherwise there were no positives. We picked the hotel because it was near the highway and promised parking that we booked in advance. We also chose a smoking room. Arriving late at night, there was no parking available, so we had to leave our car full of luggage on the highway next to the hotel, where there was no lighting. The smoking room turned out to be a non‑smoking room, it had no balcony, and the window wouldn’t open to let in fresh air. The room’s concept was unclear, making it impossible to stay there. It was far from fresh: the toilet lid was broken, the sofas were torn, and the surfaces were worn. When we arrived, the key‑card system wasn’t working, so we had to walk exhausted with our suitcases to the third floor and back. The reception staff, instead of addressing the issue, just brushed us off, saying “try again” and “maybe it will work.” When we finally confronted them, the system magically started working.

This place is probably the cleanest hotel I've stayed at, and the staff are genuinely welcoming. The rooms smelled delicious and luxurious from the reception all the way to the bathroom. The food was excellent, and the staff were friendly, accommodating, and made the stay cozy and quiet.
