The building’s location and style were good, and the breakfast was modest but acceptable. However, there is no elevator (and they don’t warn you about this), so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs; the manager didn’t offer help even though we were older adults. He also told us that check‑out is strict because at 5 minutes “the system” will charge us for an extra day. That automation feels odd for a hotel without an elevator, with a manually opened parking gate, and a Yale‑style lock on the room. There was only one nightstand, the window view was depressing with a small terrace covered in bird droppings, no safe, a small non‑smart TV, and only one pillow per person.

The hotel is very well located, the staff are kind and very helpful. Breakfast is simple but tasty. The room is clean, comfortable, and the heating works well. The only downside was that the breakfast didn’t include fruit, but that’s a cultural difference I understand.
