Spacious, clean. On a couple of occasions, the door to our room was left open even though we had locked it going out

The place sits close to the main train station and the wall pictures are very beautiful. The room is big, but the building and staircase are old and look terrible. Across the street there is a strong bad smell. Breakfast only offered jam, honey, toast, tea, coffee, and there were no glasses or cups. The fourth bed is a folding bed and is smaller than normal.

I liked the daytime location, close to the train/subway station and the shopping was excellent. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. The air conditioning kept the cool cool at night. It is very hard to find the place; the taxi driver could not locate it when we gave him the address. The outdoor signage is tiny. The area looks dumpy, and climbing the two flights of stairs feels unkept. I did not trust the old elevator and would only use it to carry luggage. One taxi driver warned us that the area is moderately unsafe at night due to migrants and told us not to go out at night. The trains were very noisy, and it felt like a small earthquake every time they passed right in front of the property, but that stopped about midnight and began again at 6 am. The air‑conditioner was noisy but worked well.

I was greeted personally by the owner and shown to our room in a larger building near Naples Central Station, making it a great spot for a short stay with a friendly host.
Everything was wonderful! The room was very clean and nice, the beds were super comfortable, the bathroom was clean and tidy – we are very satisfied!
