The staff were friendly and supportive, especially Ghulam Mostafa and the other waiters, but the Wi‑Fi was terrible and the elevators were very bad.

Breakfast was clean and tasty, and the location was very close to most places and the metro, but the cleanliness in the bathrooms and corridors was very poor.

The staff were respectful and the parking was good, but I stayed three years ago and it was much better then; the air conditioning was weak, the bathroom smell was indescribably bad, I asked for a room change and they responded immediately, yet overall the experience wasn’t pleasing and I don’t plan to return.

Thanks to the staff, especially the Sudanese guy Yazid, but the location and parking were lacking.
