It was a clean, spacious, nice room and the parking was also large, which were good points. At reception there was an elderly lady, we hardly understood each other and she seemed not very knowledgeable. She insisted on a wrong Euro‑Leke exchange rate, even though we pointed out the correct one.

The reception guy was kind and told us on Booking that the hotel had a crib available, but it was not there. I had booked the hotel that morning and they replied that there was no crib in the afternoon, so I was in a bit of trouble. The guy was very helpful in finding a more suitable solution, offering me a triple room and letting me attach the baby cot to the double bed. The room had a cigarette smell. The bathroom was missing many items that were probably available at reception but were not within reach (phone, only one washcloth for face, body, intimate hygiene). The location was not great.

Room was perfect. Memory foam mattress! Parking was very convenient. Strategic location to reach the airport in about 15 minutes with little traffic. The owner was very kind!
