The staff are friendly and willing. The food is good overall, and the location is very good. The Wi‑Fi service was fine in the common areas, but there was absolutely nothing in the rooms; the facilities are already too worn out; the green areas and rooms need a lot of maintenance; the air‑conditioning works only with the room key card; the staff is insufficient with just one person handling the pool. I always opt for the breakfast plan if I want to eat at a restaurant or just don’t want to eat; however, I had trouble when I tried to order extra food, they told me there was no availability unless I had booked it from the start, that it was à la carte, but really only trout was offered, nothing else could be requested. It was a good place, it was my safe destination every year for the last three trips with my family, but this time it was the last.
