The staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant, especially Anne, but there isn’t a fridge in the room.

There was no hot water, the sink faucet was faulty, the TV resolution was very poor, there was no telephone in the room, the shower was dirty, there was no remote to adjust the air‑con so we had to use a stool, and breakfast had only two options.
