I was really looking forward to staying at this accommodation, but unfortunately, it was not available when we arrived, despite having a confirmation from the provider. After a long day of driving with two tired kids, it was disheartening to find out that the location had informed the provider about the unavailability, but they hadn't passed on the information to us. We were offered a refund, but that wasn't much help at the time.
