The building is stunning and the rooms are huge with terraces; I had heard complaints about Wi‑Fi in the rooms, but it was working fine when I got there. The location is unbeatable for exploring Leh Market and the city’s main sights. Housekeeping was excellent. Nothing else to mention.

The place sits right in the heart of town, and the staff were polite, helpful, and friendly. My room was clean, very spacious, and the bed was comfortable. I loved it and will definitely return next time I’m in Ladakh.

We loved our previous visit so much that we returned, and once again the hotel offered an excellent location, wonderful staff, and solid breakfast and dinner options—highly recommended for seasoned travelers. One suggestion for the hotel: stitch the curtain panels together into just two pieces instead of eight, which would make closing them much easier.

The hotel’s city‑centre spot is nice and quiet. Service was excellent and the staff were very helpful—calling our travel agent when the guide missed us, arranging an early dinner when we had to rise early the next day. The kitchen crew was fantastic, and Karma and the manager were very helpful. Breakfast and dinner were good. Nothing else to note.

The room was clean, spacious, and had a balcony, and it’s close to the centre. The hot showers were not good—water was tepid.
