The staff were friendly, but we had to check out after the first night, lost our money, and couldn't stay because the hotel was dirty, filthy, and noisy. The bed was hard, there were no blankets or top sheet, and it was very unclean!

I have already expressed my dissatisfaction many times and am urgently awaiting compensation; I even left well before my stay ended. Everything is a shame for tourism.
