Overall everything was okay, decent food with plenty of options, decent night shows, but there are a few but’s. My but’s: the staff the hotel works with is not very client‑oriented; I won’t list everything here, but there are moments that ruin the impression of an otherwise good hotel and stay. It’s not clean enough; there’s dust even though staff cleans daily and it’s still there, and other cleanliness issues (although we left extra tips to get better cleaning). Photographers are just something else, very offended people if you refuse their services. The transfer you can book through the hotel is marketed as “VIP,” but that’s just a name; they poorly fulfill their transfer duties, causing me to miss my flight even though we had agreed on the departure time. There are plenty more downsides I could name…

“Nie wieder Selectum!!!!!!”

Where do I start and where do I stop? The staff was very bad, especially the cleaning crew! We arrived in the evening and were told we’d get a cleaned room, but there were still old salt sticks from previous guests scattered on the floor! Even after we complained and were promised someone would come, no one came for two whole days! The waiters are no better, they’re more focused on their phones than working! The hotel is old!

“Was a really nice stay. Would recommend highly.”

The staff were very helpful, especially Doha in Guest Relations. All the waiters were attentive and did everything possible to help. There was a good variety of foods available. Also plenty of sun loungers. The bar on the jetty was lovely for a late drink. They could use a queue system at some of the bars. Several guests jumped the line and the bar staff seemed to lack the skill to see who should be next.

The resort is very beautiful, clean, luxurious, and organized, with a generally relaxing atmosphere and good facilities. Our stay was enjoyable overall. I especially want to thank A. Kadir Karslıoğlu from Guest Relations for being very friendly, helpful, and professional. He arranged an upgrade to a sea‑view chalet and booked us a table at the Italian restaurant, which was one of the best parts of our visit. Initially we had trouble with the room door and a Jacuzzi malfunction, which were repaired after a delay. There was noticeable crowding, especially at lunch and dinner. In the water park one facility or waterway was out of service during our stay. It’s also worth noting that the water park and Kids Club are very far from the hotel, which can be tiring and inconvenient for families with children. Overall the resort is beautiful and luxurious, but addressing these issues would make the experience much better.

The service at meal times and the bars The Aqua Park is too far away, and often some of the park was not working The entertainment started too late ie 9.30pm or 10.00pm Very little children's activities through the day. The lifts were too small and not enough of them. The food was OK, but repetitive. Bottled drinks like beer and wine were not chilled
