The staff here, including security, were super friendly and helpful - that's definitely a plus. That being said, I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness - the bed, blankets, and mattress cover could've been fresher, and the toilet was in pretty rough shape. I guess you get what you pay for, but it would be great if they could step up the hygiene game a bit.

The room was a nice surprise - plenty of space and a big bed, which was a relief after staying in some cramped places before. However, the bathroom was a different story altogether - it was really dirty and there was a leak from the toilet that made everything feel damp and grimy. Not exactly the best combo, but at least the room itself was comfortable.
