The room was very clean and lovingly furnished. Ute and Sven serve an outstanding breakfast, baking bread and rolls themselves 👌. They also give great tips for excursions. We felt very comfortable and highly recommend this place.

Ute welcomed us warmly and showed us the house and the rooms. There are only six “suites,” each uniquely and tastefully decorated, with a small terrace and a large garden available. Breakfast is exceptional: no buffet, but each morning you can tell the staff your personal preferences from a menu. There are various cheeses and cold cuts, eggs in all forms, homemade jams, fruit, yogurt, and not to forget several self‑baked breads and rolls—all delicious. The two owners alternate service and always have tips for outings. A small library contains a kitchenette where you can borrow dishes and cutlery, store your own items in the fridge, and find chilled drinks for a fee. Plenty of car parking spots are available, and bicycles have a separate garage. E‑bike batteries can be charged in a dedicated room. Cafés and restaurants are about 2.5 km on the beach or around 8 km in the Kappeln area.
