Nothing. The hotel got flooded, the staff were not friendly during check‑in and offered no help during the flood, the water supply was cut so we decided to change hotels and asked for help arranging transport to our new hotel but they refused. No breakfast was provided. I hope to get a refund for our second day but have not received a reply yet.

If you don’t have a private car, getting to the concert is somewhat difficult; even though the hotel offers a shuttle, the return can feel a bit lonely, and the staff service isn’t very good.

The cabin‑style design with wood and rattan interiors looks stunning, and I really appreciated the in‑room amenities and the pleasant scent that greeted me. Even though the room still uses a traditional key, most of the switches are modern touch‑sensitive ones, and the daily supplies are plentiful. The courtyard is roomy, and the reception sells a variety of convenience items like food, daily necessities, and power‑bank rentals, plus there’s a nice sofa area to unwind. It’s about 5‑10 minutes by car to IMPACT, and the hotel offers an hourly one‑way shuttle to nearby spots. The only downsides were the poor soundproofing—rain was loud—and the fridge didn’t cool well. The bathroom cabinet was loose, which isn’t a deal‑breaker for a short stay, but the price might be a bit high.
