“Value for money”
I was pleasantly surprised by this budget-friendly hotel, as the room was clean and well-maintained, with a firm bed, clean linens, and a decent-sized towel. However, I felt that the front desk staff could have been more welcoming and friendly, as a warm smile would have gone a long way in making my stay more enjoyable.
The PR staff were nice and helpful, but I was a bit concerned about the pedestrian activity outside the main door, as there were some strangers lingering around.
“Nice hotel afterall”
I enjoyed the hotel's convenient location, being close to the LRT, MRT, and bus terminal, and surrounded by various restaurants and convenience stores. However, I had some issues with the room, specifically a broken window that I couldn't open or close, which made me feel a bit uneasy leaving my belongings inside when I went out.
I had a decent stay here, but the parking situation was quite inconvenient. Overall, I didn't have any major complaints about the hotel.
