I booked a date and not only did they not respond, but a man told me there was no reservation because they had closed the Booking page two days earlier. When I asked another woman, she said she didn’t speak. I had to find a hotel at the last minute in Duitama during a massive event, so the service was terrible. I suggest Booking checks this, because it makes them unreliable. Everything was awful.

The staff were super friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and everyone genuinely made us feel at home. The only downside was the low water pressure and the water heater, which didn't work very well.

The service was amazing! The staff were super friendly, and when we were heading to the cycling race they took the time to prepare beetroot juice and a nice cup of coffee, let us shower again, and then hand over the room. Incredible!
