Jesús, the guy in charge of the activities, was great. The hotel was relatively close to the beach and the pools were nice. The room’s cleanliness was lacking, and a front‑desk staff member on the afternoon shift last Saturday was very rude.

The food was fine and the location was good, and the pool was great. On the first day we stayed in the hotel room listening to music that was not too loud, but two men burst into our room, shoved us, searched our belongings, shouted, and took photos and recordings. They confiscated our speaker and room key until 6:00 am without any warning, ejecting us without documents, money, or clothes, and we couldn’t take anything or get an explanation. They swore and cursed, with no English communication. When we returned at 5:45 pm we had to wait until 6 pm to get our key and were treated like children. In the morning we asked for the speaker but were told the night shift had taken it and would return it; we waited until evening, approached reception, and were told our belongings would be returned at the end of the stay, which we actually received at 7 am on 9.09.26. The rules felt like a school trip. Throughout our stay the music played in the entire hotel was very loud. The beds were very uncomfortable, the windows weren’t sealed, and everything could be heard.
