The rooms were clean, and the hotel’s location in Miraflores was fine; the express bus to downtown Lima was easy to catch. A receptionist was a bit clumsy and hard to understand, and the lobby restroom was very dirty when I stayed, so a renovation would help. Luckily the bathroom in my room was clean.

The staff were honest, and when I left a medication behind they kept it safe for me to pick up later. One day there was no cleaning, probably a coordination issue, but that was nothing insurmountable.
