“Very smart and cozy option in Bologna”

What a beautiful and cozy spot! The room was spacious, the bed super comfy, and the bathroom large. The decor was tasty and had nice touches sprinkled throughout. The host was fantastic, kept us informed throughout, and it was easy to reach, enter, and leave the property. Definitely a great choice for visiting Bologna. A tip: there’s a parking spot at a nearby hospital that’s open 24 hours with plenty of spaces, but it’s recommended to reserve through One Park to avoid any surprises. There’s nothing to dislike.

I loved everything. The place, the location, and the person who ran it were all great. They let me stay for three hours or more in the lobby without charging anything. I highly recommend this to everyone. It was flawless.

“AC turns off at night, hosts dont care and will lie to you.”

The place was clean and comfy enough for a few days’ trip. The check‑in info was unclear and never mentioned that Casa di Luna has multiple buildings. When we arrived, we contacted the host on WhatsApp and were told to call another number for the assistant, who informed us that our room was in another building 10 minutes away. We had to walk there with our luggage in 34°C heat. The building isn’t even listed on Google Maps. The AC situation is misleading: the AC is turned off from 10 PM to 6 AM. We contacted the hosts the first night, and they initially claimed we didn’t know how to use it. The next morning, it was leaking water onto the floor, and they later said they had fixed it. On the second night, the AC turned off again. They ignored our messages and calls and simply responded with a sad‑face emoji. No fans were provided, and leaving the window open wasn’t viable because of the noise—there were drunk people outside our first‑floor window and children playing at 3 AM. In 35°C heat, a place should not advertise AC if it is deliberately turned off during the hours when guests need it most.

Great location, everything is very close, the historic center, S. Orsola, bars, restaurants—nothing missing. 10+.
