The location was very good, with plenty of shops a few steps away, including the Costanera Mall; the room view was fantastic: the Cordillera and its snowy peaks! 1) Some tours depart very early, before breakfast starts. I know many hotels offer “lunch boxes” for guests to take on tours if they don’t have breakfast booked. The next day, when I asked the front desk about this, the receptionist said yes, it would be possible if requested the day before. Why then didn’t they offer this option at check‑in? 2) There is no hygienic shower (as Brazilians like) or bidet in the bathroom, as Argentines prefer.
