This was the worst stay I’ve had; the room was dirty, the bathroom was filthy, and the toilet was so grimy it was off-putting.

The only positive was its proximity to the center, though that turned out to be misleading because it was farther than advertised. The hotel had no redeeming qualities for me: the bathroom door wouldn’t close, the shower didn’t heat up (the front desk said I didn’t know how to use it 😒), the mattress was lopsided causing severe back pain, they claimed there was parking but there were only a few spots and they were still occupied, the room fan blew either too hard or too weak, the building was very old with no updates, and it was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

“Não vale o valor pelo que o hotel nos oferecem. qualidade muito ruim.”

I wouldn’t suggest this inn to anyone because it looks ancient and needs a makeover, plus the cleaning and organization are poor and the parking is cramped and basically nonexistent; we arrived on Thursday and were told that more guests would show up on Saturday, so we had to leave the car on the street for two nights because it wouldn’t fit in the lot, and I’m even thinking about asking for a refund. The bathroom was filthy and tiny, the outside area was completely abandoned, dirty, disorganized and smelled of mold, and there was dust on the bed and sheets, leaving us very disappointed.
