A perfect spot near the city center, always spotless and comfortable, so I’ll book it again next trip. Every staff member was consistently friendly and helpful, and I want to highlight that aspect for their excellent customer service.

The location is easy to find and close to the train station, but the WiFi wasn’t very strong.

A nice new hotel near Piccadilly, very practical. Good beds, good windows (quiet). The room was fine but not especially clean. Service on the second day took 5 minutes. The lobby/bar were okay.

A very nice and tidy room. The bed was comfortable. Staff were really friendly, both at reception and at breakfast. Very close to the train station. It was a bit noisy outside during the night.

The location is great, there was clearly effort put into the overall design of the hotel and the staff were friendly. There was a lack of attention to detail. The design choices felt really intentional but there was a mop and brightly coloured bucket left out. The loo didn't have a brush. There was a piece of plastic left on my bedside table. There was an empty drinks bottle left on the balcony of the room. The menu didn't have very many non-fried options for someone wanting a clean salad or a light meal. Small details that would make it feel polished were missed
