I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The staff's unprofessional behavior and lack of basic English communication skills made my vacation a nightmare. One staff member, who claimed to be the manager, used highly offensive language, which was completely unacceptable. The room's condition was appalling, with a dirty toilet and beds covered in hair, and the overall cleanliness was severely lacking.

I was a bit disappointed with my stay as the room didn't have Wi-Fi, which was included in the price. On the other hand, I appreciated the hotel's other amenities. Overall, my experience was a mixed bag. The lack of internet in the room was a drawback, but I enjoyed other aspects of my stay.
